Looking for a new job is not a linear process.

There’s no cookie-cutter process to follow.

Over the past few months we've had people go from first interview to placement in as little/long as:

↳ Two interviews in a week - offer.
↳ Eight interviews in two months - offer.
↳ Four interviews in a month - role goes on hold for a month - offer.

Very different starting points and very different finishing lines.

Things takes time, usually multiple processes and a lot of second-guessing as you wait for feedback.

You’re going to have set backs - that’s natural.

Rejection = redirection. Go again.

Stay with it. You'll get your cake one day.

Priority Roles - W/E 17th August - Asia. 

Business Development Manager - Hong Kong 🇭🇰 - Media/Agency Experience

Our client, a HK based media agency, is seeking a Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the China market to drive growth and client acquisition.

Candidates should have a proven track record in business development, strong networking skills, and deep knowledge of the Chinese business landscape. This role will require someone who can bring on clients quickly so recent experience is essential.

Integrated Marketing Manager - Tokyo 🇯🇵 - Financial Services

Our client, a prominent financial services institution, is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel marketing strategies across their business.

The role, based in Tokyo, needs a local-language speaker with a deep understanding of the local market. The role requires experience in financial services marketing, expertise in digital and traditional campaigns, and strong project management skills.

Data Analyst - Singapore 🇸🇬 - Management Consultancy

We are partnered with a top-tier consultancy seeking a Data Analyst to deliver actionable insights for clients across various industries. The role is working within a Consultancy but open to backgrounds with a preference towards FS/Agencies/Consultancies.

↳ Sales Manager - Dubai 🇦🇪 - Luxury Retail

Our client, a leading luxury retail company, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement in the Dubai market, with a focus on overseeing pop-up store operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and overseeing retail sales at pop-up locations, working closely with an agency/vendor responsible for booth design, setup, and frontline sales staffing.
