This year we've worked roles in 15 countries and learnt huge lessons from it - just not in the way you might think.
So far in 2025 we've taken briefs in places like Kuwait City and Manama all the way through to Shanghai and Taipei.
The difference on a surface level seems immense.
Yes, you have to approach all of those places very differently as there are so many nuances to each BUT...
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻.
There are a set of principles that exist regardless of location:
↳ People want to feel respected, valued and seen in their interactions.
↳ Good talent exists everywhere and isn't defined by nationality or location.
↳ People all over the world are driven by the exact same triggers and motivators from one end to the other.
These are true whether you're talking to someone whose first language is Arabic, English, Mandarin, Japanese, French etc etc etc.
The human experience is a lot simpler than we give it credit for and we are all alike in so many ways.

MENA - Priority Roles
🇸🇦 - Riyadh - 3D Designer Events Agency.

Our client is a leading Professional Services agency with a strong presence in the region - headquartered in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take full accountability for the digital marketing side of the business and be both hands-on and strategic in regards to the content that is produced.

🇦🇪 Dubai/Abu Dhabi - Head of Learning and Development - Tech/Consulting.
MCG are working with a leading Tech Consultancy who are looking for an expert in Learning and Development who can step in to help build out an L&D function from 0-1. The ideal applicant should have a background working in Professional Services and has to have regional experience in order to be considered. Experience in building out academies is a plus.

APAC - Priority Roles
🇭🇰 Hong Kong - Head of Customer Operations.
MCG are partnered with a leading FS/Insurance company who are market leaders and have a strong footprint across APAC. They are looking for a Head of Customer Operations who can come in and take accountability for driving the strategy of the business. A full JD is available on request.

🇸🇬 Singapore - Comms Lead (Corporate Affairs) - PR Agency.
MCG have on boarded a new client who are global in footprint - but for this role based out of Singapore. They are looking for a VP of Corporate Affairs to join their business and drive the growth of this vertical on a regional level. A strong background in PR/Comms and proven examples of leading accounts is essential in order to be considered.
