MCG Talent - Live Roles - W/E 16th March
Ok, we took our eyes off the ball a bit recently but we’re back with what we hope is good news for you guys.
To give some context: We launched The Inner Circle last year and it went a bit crazy.
In under a year we scaled from 0 to not far off 20,000 subscribers completely organically.
The idea behind it was, we’d give a completely honest and no BS take on what it actually takes to get hired in 2025.
I think that resonated.
We ended up having some of our posts sponsored by platforms like HubSpot and the feedback from the market was hugely positive.
Over the past month, we let things slip.
With a few other commitments, a busy start to the year and a move to the other side of the world to contend with, life got in the way.
We’re now back with a vengeance in a new revamped model.
We want to help as many of you as possible get hired.
At the start of the year we asked what people wanted to see more of and the answer was resoundingly geared towards an expanded job list.
So without further ado, here’s the new format, just as you asked for.
MENA - Priority Roles.
🇦🇪Dubai - Events Manager - Fintech/Crypto.
MCG are partnered with a leading Crypto/fintech brokerage who are looking for an Events Manager with experience in conceptualising and leading events from inception through to execution.
The role is based in the UAE but covers the Middle East - as well as potential for collaboration with their Asia offices. Candidates should have prior experience in handling large budgets and working in a fast-paced environment.
Arabic language skills are a huge plus, as well as experience working in the UAE previously. For more information please reach out to Anisha Kukreja.
🇦🇪 Abu Dhabi - Digital Marketing Manager - Professional Services.
We are looking for a talented individual with a background in Digital Marketing, who has previously worked a hands-on role with express experience in Website Management, SEO and Content Calendars.
The role is for a well known Corporate and needs someone who has worked in the region previously - they are unable to relocate for this role. Arabic is a plus and this is a new position which requires an immediate start. Please reach out to Sherlaine Yu for more information.
🇸🇦 - Riyadh - Senior Comms Lead - Agency.
We are partnered with several consultancies in various niches in the PR world who are looking for talented comms professionals to join their set-up in Riyadh. These roles are based full-time on-site in Saudi Arabia and are open to international relocation.

APAC - Priority Roles
🇸🇬 Singapore - Product Manager - Crypto/Fintech
We are partnered with a leading Crypto/Fintech brokerage who are looking for a Product Manager with a background in Financial Services. The selected individual will work at the intersection of FS and Crypto and help drive a Product Line within the wider Product team.
This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years experience who might be looking to make the next step in their career and learn from a leading team in the industry.

🇭🇰Hong Kong - Business Development Manager - Hospitality.
Our client has tasked us with finding a Business Development Manager who has a book of contacts within the Luxury/Hospitality world. They will taking the company to market and helping to spearhead their expansion plans across APAC.
The position requires someone who is adept at working on their own and can drive new business across the region, with the view to grow the position out from an individual contributor role.
