I have an announcement to make...ย
I am delighted to announce that Iโve completed a management buyout that will see me take full control of MCG Talent - Asia.

I joined MCG back in 2021 in our Dubai office and moved to Hong Kong earlier this year to take over operations in Asia.ย
It's been a crazy ride but ultimately a phenomenal experience on both a personal and professional level and I am so excited for what's next.ย
I am extremely proud to have ended up with my name against a business that over the past three months has won and delivered on mandates in Japan, Korea, the UAE, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Australia and Malaysia.ย
From our side, it's business as usual: same brand, same commitment to delivering a high-level of Recruitment to our clients across APAC.ย ย

Our client is a leading global agency looking to expand their team following a new business win. They are looking for an Art Director who has worked in Japan in a creative agency environment, ideally with experience within financial services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering campaigns regionally. Fluency in Japanese and English is preferred, along with a deep understanding of the local market and cultural nuances. For more information please reach out to Harry Lee.
