A role goes up on LinkedIn. You apply. You're one of 1,000. So I built something that gets you in front of roles before that ever happens.

Our software team built out an algorithm that scans careers pages direct at source (company career pages) and shares roles the moment they go live. Before they hit LinkedIn.

I've cross-referenced and the vast majority aren't on there and likely never will be. We've already shared an opening at one of Singapore's leading PR agencies and a fully remote GCC Public Affairs role. Last week, a senior marketing role at one of the world's biggest sports brands in Dubai.

The Radar finds them → I filter → you apply direct.

This all happens away from the thousands piling in on LinkedIn.

It lives inside The Radar, part of The Shortlist.

Here’s some of the roles we pulled this week with direct links to the career pages they’re hosted on.

In the Gulf

Across Asia

That's 13 of the 24 we pulled so far this week. The rest are inside The Radar, and fresh roles land there every morning before the market's awake.
