If you want to get a job in Dubai you're going to have to move outside of LinkedIn Easy Apply - here's what you should be doing instead.

It's hard to get a job in Dubai because it's a market where supply (candidates looking for work) massively (MASSIVELY) outweighs the demand (jobs available).

Applying to fifty jobs at the click of a button and hoping to hear back just puts you in the same bucket as the thousand other people that have done the exact same thing. 

The hard truth is, if you're not doing everything to stand out at the moment, then you're invisible.

This might come across tough love but it's true and I wish more people would say it instead of playing to the image of Dubai as the tax-free, always sunny paradise.
