Dubai is a destination that is so synonymous with money - yet so awkward at handling conversations around it. This is particularly true in the job market. 

Salary negotiations is the stage of processes where we see the most placements fall through.

I think this stems from several reasons, ranging from mistrust through to inexperience on best processes. There are lots of cultures here and lots of different ways at approaching conversations on money.
